Who we serve

Built for premises that generate dry waste every day

Recurring collection designed around the volumes, timings and documentation that institutional sites actually need.

Businesses & offices

Corporate offices, IT parks, retail and manufacturing units with steady paper and packaging waste.

Hotels & hospitality

Hotels, banquet halls and restaurants with high cardboard, carton and packaging volumes.

Hospitals & clinics

Dry, non-hazardous streams only — packaging, cartons and office paper, kept separate from biomedical waste.

Institutions

Schools, colleges, government offices and residential societies classified as Bulk Waste Generators.

SWM Rules 2026

Is your premises a Bulk Waste Generator?

Under the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026, a premises may be classified as a Bulk Waste Generator when it meets any one of the thresholds below.

100 kg/dayor more solid waste generated
40,000 L/dayor more water consumption
20,000 sq. m.or more built-up floor area

Bulk Waste Generators are expected to segregate waste at source, hand it to authorised channels, and keep records they can produce on inspection. Paper Infra takes care of the dry-waste half of that obligation — collection, processing and documentation — as an MCD-empanelled agency.

An MCD-recognised agency you can name in your compliance file.

Weighment receipts

Every collection is weighed and recorded, so quantities are never in dispute.

Monthly reporting
